I've been with GrimeStoppers for 10 years now. I love that my lead cleaner has been with us the whole time. We had 5 kids in 5 years so you can imagine how dirty our house can get. The GrimeStoppers crew come in and in an hour they get my home looking great. It is so great to have your entire house cleaned in one hour. I used to have a cleaning lady but she would be here all day and I would have to keep the kids out of her way all day. It was impossible. Now we just stay downstairs for a half hour while they clean the second floor, and then head to the basement when they clean the first floor. They are reliable and have been overly flexible for us. I love that they bring their own supplies so I don't have to keep up with what supplies we need. Can't say enough great things about GrimeStoppers!

GrimeStoppers is by far the best service I have ever used both here in NE Ohio or any place else I have ever lived. It starts with the owner Tim Marlowe who is knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to understand my specific wants and needs and treated me like I was his only client instead of one of the masses like so many other cleaning companies do. And he follows up with me every time to continue to make sure I am satisfied. WOW, what a concept!! Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction exceeded all my expectations. The crew teams are ALWAYS respectful, on time, professional and responsible. They make sure that everything is to my satisfaction and treat my home as if it were there own. Too bad that more service- oriented companies don't have the same high standards when it comes to servicing their customers. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

My boss told me about GrimeStoppers a year ago and that she loved having them clean her home. Christmas was coming and my husband wanted to give me a gift. I told him I wanted a housecleaning service. He called GrimeStoppers and we have had them come every 2 weeks ever since. GrimeStoppers was the best present ever! The three ladies come in and quietly start to work. It is amazing what they get done in an hour. One of the best things I like is having all three of my bathrooms clean at once. I have been a customer of GrimeStoppers for approximately four years. I am a full time working mother of two children, ages 4 and 8, and can tell you that Grimestoppers has helped me in more ways than one. I know that my floors and bathrooms are extra clean after their visits and stay cleaner longer (what is their secret?) I also need to know how they get my stove so clean as well!

I have more play time to spend with my children because I am not spending my entire weekend cleaning. It is hard enough to keep up with the grocery shopping, laundry, and cooking that a family requires weekly and Grimestoppers helps me do this.

Because we have had many renovations to our older home, we have every kind of fine dust known to man. I could not have kept up with the cleanup without GrimeStoppers. I have also asked my crew to do a few extra things when I know I am going to have house guests. They have a very busy schedule but always find time to come to my house and make it that special WOW for my guests. At one time we had three dogs. My crew has always been very sensitive to them and took very good care of them while cleaning---not to mention cleaning up the dog hair!
